Two lifelong friends with a passion for art & function. One trusted source for getting homes show ready. Randy and Ivan have been best friends since third grade. After many years in rewarding careers, one in nonprofit program and service design, the other in building maintenance and hands-on repair, the two friends have come together around one mission: to get your listing show-ready without juggling multiple vendors.

With more than 20 years of experience in program and service design, Randy brings a systems-focused approach to preparing homes for market.
His background gives him a strong eye for organization, presentation, process, and follow-through. Randy helps homeowners and real estate professionals look at a property through the eyes of a potential buyer—identifying opportunities to improve presentation, functionality, and overall readiness.

Ivan Torruellas
Founding Partner | Repairs & Remodeling
Ivan is a seasoned maintenance and facilities professional with 17+ years of experience in property maintenance, construction, repairs, and team leadership. His expertise includes but not limited too: Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC
Building systems, maintenance Facilities management, General repairs and remodeling, plus punch-list and touch-up work.
Known for his practical problem-solving, dependable workmanship, and cost-conscious approach, Ivan helps keep properties safe, functional, and well-maintained. His experience overseeing maintenance operations and completing hands-on repairs allows clients to address a wide range of property needs without coordinating multiple contractors.
